I was studying several mandalas when absent-mindedly I placed my Orchid “ George” on one of them. The next morning, to my surprise, George bloomed ten outrageous blooms and sprouted a bunch more. I printed a mouse pad with the design and made it George's permanent home. He was so obviously happy that everyone would stop by and comment, and he loved their compliments as well. He is such a show-off. . . .
